Services Provided

We offer outdoor property services including, but not limited to:

  • Land grading and excavation

  • Tree and debris removal

  • Stump grinding and brush clearing

  • General landscaping, pressure washing, mulching, and planting

  • Hardscape installation such as retaining walls, pavers, and edging

All services are subject to on-site inspection and written agreement.

 

 

2.

Quotes & Estimates

Estimates are free unless otherwise specified.

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, scope changes, or additional client requests.

 

 

3.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Late cancellations may result in a service fee.

Weather or site conditions may require us to reschedule services for safety or equipment protection.

 

 

4. 

Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required before services begin.

  • Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur a 5% monthly late fee.

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, ACH, Wire Transfer, Check, Cash

 

5.

Property Access & Client Responsibility

Client must ensure:

  • Clear access to work areas

  • All underground utilities (gas, water, septic, electric, etc.) are clearly marked prior to excavation

  • Pets and valuables are secured

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or hidden objects below grade.

 

 

6.

Liability

We carry appropriate business insurance, including general liability and equipment coverage.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, supply issues, or third-party interference

  • Pre-existing damage or unstable soil/slopes

 

 

7.

Website Use

All content, images, and information on this site are the property of Freshscape LLC and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

You may not use this site to post spam, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise disrupt our operations.

 

 

8.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide quotes, schedule work, and process payments.
